POSITION SUMMARY
We are seeking a Bilingual Traveling Field Lead Assistant to support our Metal Service Crews at job sites across the United States. This role serves as a key liaison between the Metal Crews and the store, location, or job site, helping ensure clear communication, accurate reporting, and efficient daily operations.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys travel, hands-on work, and growth within the construction industry. No experience is required—we provide training. One year of related experience is preferred.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Support the Service Lead by following directions and assisting with assigned tasks.
• Carry tools and materials and assist with inventory awareness.
• Assist with roof and wall repairs including grinding, mastic application, and caulking.
• Assist with daily job site reports, JSA sign-ins, and compliance documentation.
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas.

• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to travel approximately 90% of the time

This is a remote position.
Compensation: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour
